“Over the years, I have developed a special technique in which I use oil, wax and different kinds of resin. In this way, I can give almost every colour a certain transparency.”
— Paolo Sistilli —
“Nonverbal communication is the subject of Paolo's Alfabeto Immaginario. On walls, people write their declarations of love and leave behind their foul language. They furnish them with posters of opera performances or sporting events. Finally, these utterances will fade into the background by wind or rain or by new words and images superimposed on them. Only fragments, particles separated from their original context, are left.”

This was the last exhibition 'before covid-19'. Hopefully, we will meet each other before long at another one.
